Osimhen ranks among highest-paid African players [Top 10]
New Galatasaray player Victor Osimhen has been ranked among the highest-paid African players in 2025.
This follows his recent permanent transfer move to Galatasaray from Napoli this summer.
Recall that the Nigerian striker broke the Turkish transfer record after sealing a permanent transfer to Galatasaray from the Serie A champions in a deal worth a staggering €75 million.
However, according to Capology, Osimhen’s new contract with Galatasaray sees him earn a base contract of €25 million, which converts to approximately €512,885 per week (including bonuses).
The amount puts him among the very top African earners, above Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah on the list.
