Wikki Tourists technical adviser, Abdullahi Maikaba, admitted that his team’s victory over Abia Warriors was difficult.

The Bauchi Elephants defeated Abia Warriors by a lone at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium in Bauchi on Sunday.

Wikki Tourists remain unbeaten after three games this season.

Maikaba believed that his team played with character and discipline in the game.

“It was a big test for us. Abia Warriors are a continental team with experience and structure. I didn’t expect it to be easy, but my boys were disciplined and showed real character. They earned this win,” Maikaba declared.

Wikki Tourists moved to second position on the league table with seven points.
