NPFL to honour Ogunmodede, Yusuf in Abuja
The Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, will reward Remo Stars head coach Daniel Ogunmodede, and top scorer Anas Yusuf in Abuja next week Tuesday.
Ogunmodede guided Remo Stars to win their first-ever NPFL title last season.
Nasarawa United forward, Yusuf scored 17 goals to win the highest goal scorer prize.
The forward’s goals helped the Solid Miners beat the drop.
The Lafia club also made it to the semi-final of the President Federation Cup.
The duo will receive N1.5m each, and a commemorative plaque, according to the NPFL.
