NPFL: Ikorodu City captain, Ojetoye set for Israel move

Ikorodu City captain, Waliu Ojetoye, is reported to have agreed a move away from the club.

According to reports, Ojetoye has agreed a one-year loan deal with an option to buy with Israeli club Hapoel Jerusalem.

Ojetoye hit the headlines with his impressive performances for Ikorodu City last season.

The right-back helped the club gain promotion to the NPFL in 2023.

The move ruled him out of participation in the upcoming 2024 African Nations Championship.

He was part of the home-based players selected by Super Eagles coach, Eric Chelle, for the Unity Cup in London in May.
