Rivers United technical adviser, Finidi George, has advised his players to expect a tough clash against El-Kanemi Warriors.

The Pride of Rivers will trade tackles with El-Kanemi in a matchday three fixture on Sunday (today) in Maiduguri.

Finidi admitted that Kabiru Dogo’s side is a very good team.

He assured that his team is fully ready for the encounter.

“Our early arrival in Maiduguri has helped us to rest well, it has made us relax and ready to go. I told my players that it is not going to be an easy game because El-Kanemi Warriors are also a good side,” Finidi stated in a pre-match interview.

Rivers United garnered four points from their two opening fixtures.
