Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, side, Enyimba has opened contract talks with forward, Joseph Atule.

Atule’s current deal expired at the end of 2024-25 NPFL season.

The former Lobi Stars forward is one of the most important players in Enyimba and a mainstay in Stanley Eguma’s attack.

Atule expressed optimism that his future will be sorted out as soon as possible with Enyimba.

“I have a good relationship with the Club board, Management and players. Talks are still on and there has been progress over a new deal with the Club.” Atule was quoted by Beyond Limit Sport.

Atule is currently with the Super Eagles B team, who are preparing for the 2024 African Nations Championship.
