NIESV Seeks Abia Govt Support For 2026 Conference

The Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) Abia State Branch has solicited the support of the State Government for their upcoming Conference scheduled for April 2026.
NIESV made the appeal during their visit to the Deputy Governor Engr Ikechukwu Emetu, in Umuahia on Friday.
Receiving the team, the Deputy Governor expressed appreciation for the visit and assured the NIESV Abia Branch of government’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote professional development and economic growth in the State.
He assured them that their request will be considered and necessary support provided to ensure the success of the conference.
Speaking earlier, the State Branch Chairman of the Institute, ESV Uche Ikoro highlighted the significance of the conference in promoting the profession and contributing to the State’s economic development.
They requested the Deputy Governor’s support in hosting the event which is expected to attract professionals and stakeholders from across the Country.
Adding his voice, the immediate past Chairman of the branch, ESV Augustine Uche Ibe emphasized the importance of government support in hosting successful professional events like the 2026 Conference which will showcase Abia State’s attractiveness to investors and professionals, stating that it will underscore the branch’s commitment to leveraging partnership for mutual benefit.
The branch’s visit demonstrates their commitment to engaging with government officials and promoting the interests of Estate Surveyors and Valuers in the State.
