A harrowing incident unfolded on Port Harcourt Airport Road when a police escort vehicle collided with a car driven by lawyer Chukwudozie Okolo, forcing it off the road and into a nearby bush.

Okolo, who was behind the wheel with his pregnant wife and two-year-old daughter, recounted the terrifying experience.

According to Okolo, the incident occurred when he attempted to give way to a speeding convoy.

It was reported that one of the officers allegedly shattered his windscreen and rammed into the vehicle from behind, sending the car spiraling off the road.

Despite the severity of the crash, the police escort reportedly sped off, leaving the shaken family behind.
