Natasha Shuns Invitation Of Senate Disciplinary Panel
Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan on Wednesday, shunned invitation by the Senate Committee on Ethics and Public Petitions.
Senator Natasha was referred to the committee last week following the adoption of a moved raised on the floor by Senator Yemi Adaramodu (Ekiti South).
Senator Adaramodu testified at the hearing, which was conducted in Senate Hearing Room 120.
He merely narrated the sequence of events leading to Natasha being referred to the Ethics committee for grilling.
Adaramodu reiterated that Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan acted in violation of Order 6 during plenary on February 25 hence the decision to refer her to the committee.
As of the time of filing this report, the Ethics committee was still waiting for Senator Natasha to appear before it.
