The ‘Living Nostradamus’ has prophesiedthe Pope’s death will spark a “spiritual revolution” and bring about the end of the Catholic Church in its current form.
In a series of bombshells, Athos Salomé predicted the church will split into three strands, Rome will be hit by two “extreme natural events” and ancient texts will come to light giving new meanings to the genesis of Christianity.
The Brazilian seer, who says he predicted Covid-19, the death of Queen Elizabeth II and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, told the Daily Star the Catholic church will split into three different factions. He said: “We are on the verge of a spiritual revolution of unimaginable proportions
“And Francis’ pontificate may in fact be the last under the traditional model of the Church… The conclave that will elect the new Pope: it will be the longest in modern history, exceeding seven days of intense deliberations.
“But not only will the weather be impressive – supernatural phenomena will mark the period in Rome. Anomalous storms, massive technological failures and unexplained atmospheric events will appear as ‘signs from another dimension’,” said the seer.
At the centre of the decision will be three blocs: the traditionalists, who will defend the continuity of the current model; the reformists, with inclusive proposals; and the so-called ‘enlightened’ – cardinals who, according to Salome, have visions similar to his own, and represent a profound spiritual break.

He added: “The traditional faction, based in the Vatican, will retain institutional power, but will lose relevance in regions such as Latin America and Africa.
“The progressive faction, with new headquarters – possibly in Buenos Aires, Bogotá or Nairobi – will attract millions with a more up-to-date, empathetic and inclusive approach.
“The esoteric faction, smaller and more discreet, will seek to recover the mystical knowledge of the early Christians. Its members will carry out contemplative practices, occult rituals and reconnect with traditions that the Church suppressed for centuries.”
Vatican “secrets” will also be spilled with documents giving new context to the story of Jesus and Mary Magdalene as well as record of paranormal or extraterrestrial events.
Salomé said: “Over the next 18 months, documents kept under lock and key in the Vatican will come to light. The content is explosive: ancient texts with unknown interpretations about Jesus, Mary Magdalene and the genesis of Christianity.
“Revelations about connections with Eastern spiritual traditions and records of paranormal or extraterrestrial events will drastically change the faith of millions.
“These archives will be released not by choice, but by divine pressure and by events that will force open the cellars of history.”
The seer also predicted woman priests will be ordained by the Catholic church by 2030 and Rome could be hit by an earthquake and floods.
He said: “By 2030, one of the Catholic branches will begin ordaining women priests. According to the seer, this represents not only a social advance, but a spiritual restoration of the feminine principle in the Christian faith, suppressed for millennia.
“Rome will not escape unscathed. Two extreme natural events – possibly an earthquake and a historic flood of the River Tiber – will affect the city and damage St Peter’s Basilica. The reconstruction, Salome predicts, will include symbolic elements of the new spiritual era that is beginning.”
He added: “I’m not saying, I’m just reporting what I saw, I really hope it doesn’t happen.”
