Juventus begins negotiations to terminate Paul Pogba’s contract
Top-flight Italian Serie A club Juventus FC has commenced negotiations to terminate the contract of talented French midfielder Paul Pogba amid his doping ban fiasco.
Per a report by respected transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano, negotiations between Paul Pogba and the Juventus board to terminate his contract are proceeding as expected.
Romano stated in a post shared on his official X handle (formerly Twitter) that Paul Pogba will not play for Juventus again and will become a free agent in 2025.
The move comes days after the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has reduced the doping ban imposed on French player Paul Pogba who is serving a ban from all football activities due to doping.

Paul Pogba who has been going through a hard time will be back to action in 2025, as his 4-year drug ban has been reduced to just 18 months by the CAS.
Reports say the player who plies his trade with Serie A side Juventus can start training in January and then he will be allowed to play official matches by March.
Recall that the 30-year-old soccer star received a heavy punishment in March from the anti-doping prosecutor’s office in Italy after testing positive for testosterone following Juventus’s early season-opening match against Serie A side, Udinese.
