June 12: Armed Security Men Block Protesters Access To NASS

Armed security men, consisting of police and other agencies, on Thursday morning blocked protesters from gaining access to the National Assembly complex.
The security cordon comes ahead of President Bola Tinubu’s scheduled joint session with the National Assembly, slated to commence at 12pm.
However, the protesters have refused to disperse as they have taken position outside the main gate of the parliament building.
