EPL: Zirkzee grabs winner on Man Utd debut in 1-0 victory over Fulham

Joshua Zirkzee came off the bench to score the winning goal on his debut as Manchester United beat Fulham 1-0.

Erik ten Hag started Bruno Fernandes in a false nine position as the Red Devils tried to kick off their Premier League campaign.

However, Fernandes missed two big chances as the hosts tried to make their dominance count.

Ten Hag introduced Zirkzee in the second half and the former Bologna striker proved decisive.

Zirkzee ghosted into the box to finish off a fine passing move.

There was time for Alejandro Garnacho to miss a gilt-edged chance late on at Old Trafford.
