EPL: Paul Merson names four players that should lead Chelsea’s attack under Maresca

Arsenal legend, Paul Merson, has named four players that should lead the Blues’ attack under manager, Enzo Maresca.

The players are Cole Palmer, Christopher Nkunku, Joao Felix and Nicolas Jackson.

Merson said this while reacting to Chelsea’s capture of Felix, who arrived from Atletico Madrid on Wednesday.

Recall that Felix became Chelsea’s 10th summer signing, joining the Premier League west London club in a reported £44.5 million deal.

In a tweet on X, Merson said Felix should play behind Jackson in the attack, adding that the Portuguese will create a lot of goals scoring chances for the Senegal international.

“Felix behind Jackson, will create a lot of chances for Jackson which is what we need. Palmer and Nkunku either side,” Merson tweeted.
