EPL: Noni Madueke names four Arsenal players he spoke with before leaving Chelsea
New Arsenal signing, Noni Madueke, has revealed he spoke with at least four players in the squad, before he made the move from Chelsea.
Madueke was officially unveiled as the Gunners’ latest signing on Friday.
The 23-year-old is familiar with the likes of Declan Rice, Bukayo Saka and Myles Lewis-Skelly from the England setup.
Madueke also played with Jurrien Timber at PSV Eindhoven.
He said: “I’ve spoken to Declan Rice, Myles, Bukayo, even Jurrien as well.
“And they all say amazing things about the club and the culture here, how warm it is and how much of a family it is.”
Madueke will wear the no.20 shirt for Arsenal next summer.
