EPL: Jack Wilshere reveals biggest regret during his time at Arsenal

Former Arsenal midfielder, Jack Wilshere has revealed his biggest regret during his playing days at the club.

Wilshere recently spoke to Chelsea legend John Obi Mikel on the Obi One Podcast.

However, according to the Englishman not playing longer with former Arsenal team-mate Cesc Fàbregas was his biggest regret at the Premier League North London club.

Recall that Fabregas departed Arsenal in 2011 to rejoin Barcelona.

“I always say it is one of my biggest regrets. I trained with him a lot, from 16 to probably 20, but I broke into the team around 18 or 19,” Wilshere said.

“I played with him for that year, and then he left for Barcelona. It is one of my biggest regrets that I did not play with him for longer because he understood the game.”

Wilshere was a former interim manager at Norwich City last season.
