EPL: He’s unselfish, intelligent – Patrick Vieira advises Arsenal to sign 20-year-old star

Arsenal legend, Patrick Vieira has urged his old club to sign 20-year-old Colombia international, Jhon Duran.

Vieira said the Aston Villa star is unselfish, intelligent and the right player to take the Gunners to the next level up front.

Arsenal were credited with an interest in a host of big-name forwards throughout the summer.

The likes of Alexander Isak, Viktor Gyokeres and Dusan Vlahovic were all linked with the Premier League North London club.

However, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has decided to keep faith with Kai Havertz in the No.9 role.

But Vieira believes Duran could be a perfect fit for Arteta’s side.

“I loved his performance against Bayern Munich,’ Vieira told bettingexpert’s official website.

“He’s the right player for Arsenal – quick, unselfish, solid in the air, technically skilled, and intelligent in his movement.”
