EPL: Gary Neville predicts Liverpool vs Arsenal clash

Former Manchester United defender, Gary Neville, is tipping Arsenal to beat Liverpool in Sunday’s Premier League clash.

The Reds will host Mikel Arteta’s men at Anfield in a top-of-the-table clash.

Both teams have won their first two matches so far, but one of them will lose their perfect record.

While Arsenal are yet to concede a goal, Liverpool have let in four already against Bournemouth and Newcastle.

Speaking ahead of the heavyweight clash on the latest episode of The Overlap, Neville explained why he “fancied” Arsenal.

He said: “I fancy Arsenal to win.

“Arsenal to score two from set-pieces. It will be land of the giants with Arsenal on Sunday.

“He’ll go with [Mikel] Merino, [Declan] Rice, [Martin] Zubimendi, then [Eberechi] Eze or [Leandro] Trossard, but he’ll have the big back four, four or five in the box and they’ll score from set-pieces.

“I think Arsenal will score two from set-pieces, Liverpool will score one and it will be 2-1 to Arsenal.”
