EPL: Chelsea begging take Osimhen from Galatasaray in January
Chelsea are now reportedly desperate to sign Victor Osimhen in the January transfer window.
The Blues failed to sign Osimhen from Napoli in the summer despite protracted negotiations.
The Super Eagles striker eventually moved to Galatasaray on a season-long loan deal.
However, according to Onokala Onyebuchi of Wazobia FM who is close to the player, Chelsea are eager to do the deal in the winter window.
Onyebuchi tweeted on Sunday: “Chelsea wanted a Pre Agreement with Osimhen for January 2025 that was rejected before he went to Galatasaray.
“They have been ringing Napoli wanting to do a deal in January. Willing to pay him the wages he wants 100%
“But that’s Impossible. He stays at Gala for the full season.”
