Eid al-Mawlid: Obi calls for unity despite religious differences
The 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has called for peace and unity across the country.
Obi made this call in a post via his official X handle on Friday to felicitate with Muslims in Nigeria and across the world.

Muhammad (SAW).
The former Anambra State governor urged Muslim faithful to imbibe the teachings of the prophet, which emphasize peace, love, humility, tolerance and compassion.
“On this joyous occasion of Maulud Nabiyy. I warmly extend my heartfelt felicitations to our Muslim brothers and sisters and the Muslim community across Nigeria.
“May this occasion inspire us to promote peaceful coexistence, mutual respect, and selfless service to humanity.
“I urge all Nigerians, regardless of their faith, to join hands in praying for the peace, security, and stability of our country. Let us work together towards a brighter future for Nigeria, where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential,” Obi wrote.
