Edo Guber: Gov Obaseki Votes, Tasks INEC On Seamless Collation

The Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has voted in the ongoing governorship election and tasked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on seamless collation.

The governor voted at his polling unit 19, Ward 4, located at Emokpae Primary School in Benin City.

Obaseki, who spoke after voting, expressed satisfaction with the process as efficient and peaceful.

Despite downpour earlier in the day, voters turned out to exercise their democratic rights.

Obaseki praised them for their resilience and dedication to the electoral process.

He called for maintaining transparency throughout the voting and collation stages to preserve the integrity of the election.
