There’s anger and confusion as officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and election materials arrived at Idrion Vocational Centre, a voting centre at Idinro, Okaegben, Ewohimi, Esan South East Local Government Area of Edo State.

This is where the candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Asue Ighodalo, is from and is expected to vote.

He’s expected to vote at Ward 1, unit 3.

While early voting commenced across the state in the ongoing governorship election, INEC officials were seen unpacking materials at Ighodalo’s polling unit after arriving at 10:30 a.m.

Voting is yet to commence even as the PDP candidate has arrived.
