The Benue State chapter of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, on Wednesday appointed its Interim Chairman and Secretary.
The party appointed Terngu Tsegba, a former Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly as its Interim Chairman.
In the same vein, a former member of the House of Representatives, who represented the Oju/Obi Federal Constituency, Samson Okwu, was appointed as the Interim Secretary of the party.
DAILY POST earlier reported that the Benue State chapter of the National Coalition Movement on Wednesday officially unveiled ADC as the new national and state opposition political platform.
The party was unveiled during a high-profile event that featured elders of the PDP in Makurdi, the state capital.
The event recorded a significant turnout of political heavyweights from across major parties in the state, including PDP, Labour Party and the ruling All Progressives Congress.
