CHAN: Nigeria needs better coaching – Sudan coach mocks Chelle after 4-0 win

Sudan coach, Kwesi Appiah, has claimed that Nigeria is not a bad team, but only needs better coaching.

Appiah stated this on Tuesday after his team beat the Super Eagles B team 4-0 in the ongoing African Nations Championship, CHAN.

Leonard Ngenge (OG), Walieldin Khedr (1) and Abdel Raouf (2) got the goals.

The result has seen Eric Chelle’s team crash out of the competition.

Appiah has now said he expected his team to win, but not by a four-goal margin.

“The Nigerian team is not bad,” Appiah told reporters.

“They just need better coaching.

“I wasn’t expecting that scoreline. I knew we could beat Nigeria but not [4-0].”
