Kwara United captain Kabiru Mohammed has expressed the players’ readiness for the CAF Confederation Cup clash against Asante Kotoko.

The Harmony Boys will lock horns with Asante Kotoko in the preliminary round first-leg tie on Sunday, September 21.

The encounter will take place at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Mohammed admitted that the match will not be easy.

“We know the match against Asante Kotoko won’t be easy because of the way they play and the home fans support, but we are ready physically and mentally for the game,” Mohammed remarked.

Kwara United will host Asante Kotoko in the return leg at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo a week later.
