BREAKING: Supreme Court Affirms Aiyedatiwa Ondo Governor
The Supreme Court has affirmed Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the duly elected governor of Ondo State.
A five-member panel of the apex court dismissed an appeal filed by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Agboola Ajayi, challenging the outcome of the November 16, 2024, governorship election in the state.
Delivering the lead judgement, Justice Mohammad Garba dismissed the appeal for lacking in merit.
