BREAKING: Judge Withdraws From Natasha’s Suit Over Akpabio’s Petition
Justice Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal High Court in Abuja has withdrawn from the suit filed by the suspended Senator for Kogi Central, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, urging the court to stop the Senate from probing her for alleged misconduct.
He announced his withdrawal on Tuesday.
Justice Egwuatu said his decision was based on a petition filed by the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, challenging his objectivity in the matter.
