Big Brother Naija housemates Joanna and Danboskid have emerged winners of the sizzling Extract Soap-sponsored pageant task, earning the titles of Queen and King of Extract after a show-stealing night of glamour, confidence, and unfiltered heat.
From their branded runway walk to a bold swimwear showdown, housemates brought charisma and creativity to each stage of the competition. And when the swimsuit segment rolled in, the temperature in Biggie’s house didn’t just rise, it exploded.
The housemates were looking so hot that Biggie himself commented on how ‘steamy’ the atmosphere had become, clearly impressed by the sheer display of confidence and beauty. Cameras caught everything, including one or two male housemates who visibly struggled to keep their “excitement” under control during the walk, sparking a storm of reactions online.
The task was structured in three segments. A pageant walk in customised Extract T-shirts, team brand pitches, and a grand swimsuit runway. The house was split into two teams: Team Carrot and Sheer Butter (male housemates) and Team Papaya and Calamansi (female housemates). Both sides delivered lovely pitches, but it was the visuals, energy, and walk that had fans glued to their screens.

“Dede take all my money,” declared Assistant Ebuka.
“Mide doesn’t reveal her body and that’s okay,” added @shugaa, in praise of Mide’s modesty during the swimsuit round.
“You see Imisi .. Dede and Kola!! Just imagine if they’re not on dis show? … it would have been so boring…. They are the buzz!! A force to reckon with!! Really love them,” said @Pepeone.
“Anywhere I see that Dede’s runway video, I take my time to watch and say ‘God is great’,” posted @Frank.
“What manner of gorgeousness is this? The walk! The body! The moves! Isabella is definitely serving body,” gushed another user.
And in a celebratory post, the official BBNaija page declared:
“After all the strutting, pitching and fashion-forward tension, Danboskid and Joanna claimed the crown. All hail your King and Queen of Extract. Royalty looks good on them!”
Also receiving praise were Mensan, crowned Most Creative Male, and Ivatar, awarded Most Creative Female for her imaginative performance. Still, it was Dede, in particular, who stole the spotlight. Her walk, her energy, her attitude and confidence sparked near worship from viewers.
Joanna, with her pageant background and signature drama, brought elegance and stage control. Danboskid balanced her energy with raw charisma, sealing their joint victory. Their win wasn’t just well-deserved. It was inevitable.
Coming off the back of a failed wager task and Biggie’s harsh critique of their masquerade ball, the Extract task seemed to be a redemptive moment. And the housemates showed up and showed out.
