Paris Saint-Germain winger, Ousmane Dembele, is now a huge favourite to win this year’s Ballon d’Or award.

DAILY POST reports that Dembele was named Man of the Match, as PSG came from behind to beat Tottenham Hotspur in the UEFA Super Cup on Wednesday night.

Goals from Micky Van de Ven and Cristian Romero saw the Ligue 1 champions down two goals down in the game.

But with six minutes left in regulation time, PSG pulled one back through Lee Kang-in.

Goncalo Ramos then headed in Dembele’s cross in stoppage time, to ensure the match was decided on penalties.

Dembele converted his kick as PSG won 5-3.

The Frenchman, who made the 30-man shortlist for the Ballon d’Or, has now won the Ligue 1, Champions League, French Cup, Trophee des Champions and UEFA Super Cup in 2025 alone.

The only trophy PSG failed to win was the Club World Cup, where they lost to Chelsea in the final.
