AXA Mansard Projects ₦13.2bn Q4 Profit for 2025

AXA Mansard Plc has announced a target profit after tax of N13.187 billion for the fourth quarter of the 2025 financial year, according to a regulatory filing submitted to the Nigerian Exchange on Monday.

Following this earnings projection, investors increased their activity in AXA Mansard shares on the exchange.

The company’s share price rose to N15.82 on Monday, with 1.771 million shares traded, valued at N28.247 million.

This price increase raised the market capitalisation of AXA Mansard’s 9 billion outstanding shares to N142.380 billion, as per Nigerian Exchange trading data.

For Q4, AXA Mansard expects insurance revenue of N159.353 billion.

After accounting for direct insurance expenses and net reinsurance costs, the insurance service result is projected at N19.268 billion.

Net investment and other income are forecast to reach N18.964 billion during the quarter.

Operating expenses are expected to total N21.712 billion.

Consequently, net income for the period is anticipated to be N13.187 billion, after accounting for a tax expense of N2.327 billion.
