Speaking to journalists in Minna, Beji said the party remains undeterred by Atiku’s departure, noting that one person’s exit can lead to the influx of new members.

He argued, “His (Atiku) resignation is a good thing for him, it’s also a good thing for our party. One person goes, five persons come in. It is good; we wish him the best of luck just like hew ished us the best of luck.”

“A political party is a thing of goodwill if he thinks that quiting the PDP will make him wins the presidency we will wait and see.”
