Al-Hilal Submit New Bid For Osimhen

Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal have tabled a new bid of €65m for Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen in a bid to sign him before the start of the FIFA World Club Cup.
Osimhen left Galatasaray at the end of the just-concluded season after leading the club to a domestic double while scoring 37 goals in all competitions.
He is expected to return to parent club Napoli to sort out his future, and he has been linked with the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool, Real Madrid, and a host of Saudi clubs.
Galatarsaray are also interested in signing him permanently but Al-Hilal have submitted an official bid of €65m fixed fee plus €5m add-ons to Napoli as confirmed by transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano.
He wrote on X: “Al Hilal submitted an official bid to Napoli for Victor Osimhen as top target.
“Proposal worth €65m fixed fee plus €5m add-ons, decision up to Napoli now.
“This follows a story revealed yesterday on Al Hilal in contact with Osimhen over salary/personal terms.”
Al-Hilal’s new coach Simone Inzaghi has given the club the permission to sign Osimhen, viewing him as a key player for his style of play and he wants him to be available for the World Club Cup.
Al-Hilal made three bids for Osimhen in 2023, and the Super Eagles striker rejected their advances; they also came close to landing him in the summer, agreeing terms with the player before Napoli asked for a price increase at the last minute.
