Libya captain Feisal Al-Badri has boasted the Mediterranean Knights are in Uyo to beat the Super Eagles.

The Super Eagles are overwhelming favourites to win the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying Group D encounter.

Nasser Al-Hadiri’s side are yet to win a game in the qualifying series.

Al-Badri stated that the North Africans are looking to win their first game against the Super Eagles.

“We’re here to win,” he told a press conference in Uyo on Thursday.

“We know we’re up against the strongest team in Africa, but we came here to win.”
