Abia State To Host International Investment Summit

The Abia State government has finalized plans to host a three-day international investment summit and exhibition later in the year.
This was disclosed on Friday by Green Amakwe, Special Adviser to Governor Alex Otti on Investment Promotion and Public Private Partnership.
“The summit, tagged “Turkey-Abia (TURAB) Investment Summit/Exhibition, 2025,” will attract investors from within and outside Nigeria, particularly from Turkey.
“This is a foreign Direct Investment (FDI) exposition for international and local investors to explore the possibilities and many advantages the state has as a preferred investment destination in Nigeria/Africa,” Amakwe said.
As the summit steering committee chairman, he added that the event will bring together key stakeholders from government, private sector, and international partners.
Amakwe assured that Governor Otti is committed to creating a favourable investment environment for entrepreneurs in the state and foreigners alike.
THE WHISTLER reports that the summit is being organized in partnership with Vega Growing Global Enterprises.
