2025 CHAN: Madagascar to face Morocco in final showdown

Two countries have booked their places in the final of the ongoing African Nations Championship, CHAN, tournament.

The two nations are Madagascar and Morocco.

They progressed to the CHAN final after defeating Sudan and Senegal, respectively, on Tuesday.

DAILY POST reports that Madagascar edged Sudan 1-0 in their semi-final clash at the Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium, with T. N. Rakotondraibe scoring the decisive goal in extra time.

Similarly, Morocco triumphed via a penalty shoot-out against Senegal in the other semi-final played on Tuesday night.

The CHAN final will take place on Saturday, August 31.

Meanwhile, Sudan and Senegal will contest the third-place playoff on Friday.
