1472 FC have secured a place in the Nigeria National League for next season.

According to reports, the Lagos-based side acquired the slot of Ijebu United.

1472 FC were relegated to the lower division last season.

They finished bottom of the log in their group.

1472 FC made their inaugural appearance in the NNL last season.

The date for the new NNL season is yet to be announced by the organisers.
