10 Feared Dead In Lagos-Ibadan Expressway Crash
At least ten people are feared dead following a fatal road crash involving multiple vehicles on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The accident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday around the Soka area, causing panic and a major traffic jam along the busy route.
Eyewitnesses reported that the crash involved three Nissan Micra taxis and three articulated trucks, all travelling from the Iwo Road axis before the collision.
As of the time of filing this report, emergency responders had yet to confirm the official death toll.
However, sources at the scene claimed that the impact left many dead and several others with varying degrees of injuries.
