Afrobeats singer, Davido, has showed solidarity to his associate, talent manager, Ubi Franklin, who is currently being accused of stealing a luxury watch at the singer’s wedding in Miami over the weekend.

DAILY POST reports that the rumour began making the rounds on social media on Wednesday following a report on a blog.

Franklin swiftly debunked the rumours via his X account, describing it as false and misleading.

Reacting, Davido stated that Franklin doesn’t owe anyone an explanation.

The OBO crooner described the peddlers of the rumours as “fools.”

Davido wrote, “You owe nobody any explanation… fools.”
