‘I’m the greatest of my generation’ – Omah Lay

Afrobeats singer Stanley Omah Didia, popularly known as Omah Lay, has declared himself the greatest musician of his generation.

The Soso hitmaker, however, noted that he does not have proof yet, but added that there would be plenty in the future.

On his X handle, he wrote: “Hi guys! My name is Omah Lay and I am the greatest of my generation. I don’t have proofs right now but there will be a lot in the future.
“Thanks. Yours truly, Boy Alone.”

This is not the first time Omah Lay has publicly expressed his belief in his potential.

Last year, the singer stated that he was going to be one of the leaders of the new generation of Afrobeats artistes.

In an interview with The Beat FM, London, Omah Lay claimed that he had created a “new sound” which he hopes to popularise.
