Ailing Nigerian music director and cinematographer, ThankGod Omori Smith, better known as TG Omori or Boy Director, has assured his fans that he would make a comeback in 2025.

DAILY POST reports that TG Omori on August 26, 2024, underwent unsuccessful kidney transplant at St. Nicholas Hospital in Lagos, after his only brother donated for him.

Giving an update in a series of tweets on Monday, Omori emphasised the importance of maintaining the right mindset in the face of illness.

Sharing a photo of himself, he wrote; “It’s mind over matter. If the mind is defeated, it’s only a matter of time before the body falls.

“Pain has no power over me. I will be back in 2025. Stay in love!.”
