Afrobeats star, Zinoleesky has revealed that he did a lot of “crazy” things for music.

He disclosed that he absconded from home at a young age to pursue a career in music.

In an interview with SB Live, Zinoleesky explained that his Nigerian parents are often in denial when their children choose a career in the entertainment industry as they prefer professional courses.

“Nigerian parents are always in denial whenever you what to do stuffs like music. They want you to do a professional course or learn a trade. So, you just have to find a way. Me, I did some crazy stuffs. I ran away from home to do music,” he said.

The ‘Kilofeshe’ crooner also revealed that he started his music career as a rapper before switching to singing.
Zinoleesky became an internet sensation in 2017 after freestyle videos gained viral traction online.

There were rumours that he turned down a recording offer from Davido’s DMW. In December 2019, he signed to Naira Marley’s record label, Marlian Music.

He rose to prominence with the release of his debut album, Chrome Eccentric, featuring hit tracks like ‘Ma Pariwo’ and ‘Kilofeshe’.
