Big Brother Naija season ten contestant, Sultana, has become the interim Head of House, HoH, for the 6th week.

She emerged the HOH on Sunday night after the eviction show.

DAILY POST reports that shortly after the live eviction show on Sunday, Big Brother had summoned the housemates to the arena for HOH challenge.

Sultana, who won the three-stage challenge, will be defending her title in a special Head of House challenger battle later today.

Joanna after finishing the challenge with worst performance was named the house snail for this week
