The singer engaged the Edo State lawmaker days after announcing his divorce from Annie Macaulay, his wife.

The engagement was captured in a trending video on social media amid cheers from onlookers.

DAILY POST reports that the engagement occurred in less than 24 hours after 2Face officially announced marriage plans with her.

While defending the lawmaker, the singer urged his fans to stop dragging and tagging her as a homewrecker.
